      BYOB Trolley Summer Patio Hop & City Tour

      Short North Trolley Co. is proud to announce summer series. Join us for a BYOB trolley crawl through downtown Columbus. Bring your own beverages for the vintage trolley crawl and as soon as we board our party begins. Bring your date. Bring your co-workers. Bring your crew. Have a large crew?  Buy all 26 tickets to ensure you have a private crawl. This will allow you to pick your route in the Downtown area.  **Upon arrival DO NOT take any coolers inside North High Brewing, you will be able to load them onto the trolley.**  EXAMPLE Event Schedule - 6:00pm-9:00pm (STOPS SUBJECT TO CHANGE) 5:45-6:00pm - Check-in at North High Brewing (1288 N High St, Columbus, OH 43201) 6:00pm - Trolley Departure 6:15-6:45pm - Bodega / Oddfellows (Short North) 7:00-7:45pm - Land Grant / BrewDog (Franklinton) 8:00-8:45pm - Pins Mechanical Co (Downtown Columbus) 9:00pm - Drop-off at North High Brewing (1288 N High St, Columbus, OH 43201) *Fine Print: All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for scheduled event date and event time. No refunds or reschedules will be provided to anyone who misses scheduled event. Event is rain or shine. No refunds will be given to customers who do not attend the scheduled event due to weather. Space is limited and trolleys will not be oversold or overbooked. Each trolley has a max of 26 customers. BYOB; must be 21+ to consume alcohol. BYOB is for trolley ride ONLY. You may bring beverages/cooler with you to the event, but will be asked to keep all beverages stored away until we board the trolley. Absolutely no glass will be allowed on the trolley. Duration of event is 3 hours.  FAQs Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? contact@shortnorthtrolley.com Is there a minimum number of total tickets purchased in order to run? Yes, we require that a combined minimum of 8 tickets are purchased by all customers. If we do not have 8 tickets purchased, we reserve the right to reschedule the event or combine event times at our discretion.    How many people fit on a trolley? Can you rent the entire trolley or do a private event? Yes! Each trolley can fit 26 customers. If you are interested in learning more about a private event please e-mail contact@shortnorthtrolley.com with approximate number of people and the date you would like to do the tour. You will hear back within 2 business days with availability and pricing.   Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Yes, this event is 21+. All customers must come with a valid 21+ ID.    Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Please bring your ticket (either printed or electronic) and your ID with you to check-in.    The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? As long as the attendee has a ticket (either printed or electronic) it does not matter if the ticket name matches the name of the attendee.    Something has come up and I can’t make the event for the date I scheduled. Can I reschedule my ticket for a different date or time? You cannot transfer your ticket to a different date. Once tickets are purchased all sales are final. You may give your tickets away (again the ticket name does not need to match the attendee name).    I would like to add on one more ticket for a friend, but it says the event is sold out. Can I add on just one more ticket? Unfortunately, no. Once an event says sold out there are no more tickets available for that date. We are limited due to seating constraints on the trolley and cannot oversell the event.    Are we allowed to drink on the trolley? Yes! The event is BYOB and you are allowed to drink on the trolley. We will have plastic cups provided as you are not to drink out of glass on the trolley.   What time should I arrive for the event? Check-in will begin 15 minutes prior to departure. If you arrive early, that's fine, but we will be set-up and ready to begin check-in at that scheduled event start time. The trolley departs promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive after the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee the trolley will still be waiting.
