Beginning his security career in the ATM industry, he gainedinvaluable experience during a time when financial networks began to be exploited, ATMsjackpotted, and internet banking was brand new. His background and experience is firmlyrooted in the technical aspects of information security with a deep understanding of thenecessary toolsets for providing security as a service to the business.Throughout his career, Baker has demonstrated success building and leading teams focused oncustomer compliance, developing and providing banks and credit unions with proof ofcompliance documentation, identity and access management and consultative services. He hasacted as the Global Managed Services Security Manager, doing data center securityassessments and providing security guidance to thirteen managed services centers in Europe,Asia, and Latin America.In 2011, Kevin joined Westfield, leading a team of five as Chief Information Security Officer.Under his leadership, he has grown the team to fourteen people organized into three teams:Security Architecture, Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Security Operations. His teamholds more than thirty security certifications spanning every functional area of security andsecurity management. Both he and several members of his team speak regularly atconferences, regional events, and universities and share a heart for the development of thosejust starting their information security career, particularly during under- graduate years. Kevinis an active member of the Cleveland ISC2 Chapter and the Northeast Ohio CSO Xchange.Kevin’s strategic direction for the program at Westfield has continued to evolve with the threat,leading to a highly adaptable security posture. He articulates his strategy and then his teamdrives that vision to a fully operational state. He emphasizes doing more with fewer tools,orchestration with both internal and external security platforms, and automation. Kevin is aninnovator, particularly in the areas of security data analytics, and in the development and use ofinternal and external security intelligence.Kevin is also a veteran of numerous regulatory audits ranging from State Department ofInsurance Audits, Federal Reserve Board and Office of the Comptroller of the Currencyexaminations, as well as full Federal Financial Institution Examination Counsel reviews. 11:00 - 11:50 –  Joe Vandermark  Title:  Audit Readiness Abstract:  With changes in the regulatory landscape  and third party reporting your audit requirements continue to evolve. In this session we will discuss what to consider while retaining evidence supporting control effectiveness. These considerations are a baseline for SOX, SOC reports, internal audits, etc. Bio:  Joe Vandermark is a senior manager in EY’s Risk and Assurance practice with more than Sixteen years of IT and consulting experience. He possesses deep experience in IT financial audit, IT support, internal audit staff support, IT security, data privacy and project management experience with strong leadership and communication skills. 11:50 – 12:00 – Closing Comments
