      CLASS: Instant Pot Cooking Class: Southern Summer BBQ

      The Instant Pot has taken the pressure cooker world by storm. Now called “multi-functional pressure cookers,” these pots are digital, have multiple cooking modes, and can make everything from meats to desserts. With so many uses in a single appliance, you can make a full meal with just the press of a button. And Stephanie Eakins is an expert at getting the most out of everyone’s favorite new gadget – she even wrote a book about it!  We are delighted to introduce a new series of Instant Pot Cooking Classes with Stephanie Eakins, formerly the Retro Dinner Diva and creator of recently-launched The Freezer Meal Club, an online recipe club designed to help streamline weekly meal prep and always have a delicious answer to the age-old question, “What’s for Dinner?” There are 5 classes in this series each held 4:00-6:00pm on the 3rd Sunday of the month July through November. There are 12 seats available for each class. Advance ticket purchase is required – tickets not available at the door. Ticket sales close 48 hours prior to each class. Discounts are available for signing up for multiple classes in advance: 15% for three classes or more, 20% for four classes or more, 25% for all five. Stephanie was surrounded by a family of wonderful self-taught cooks who passed their lessons on to her over the years. She is also inspired by Chef Virginia Willis (Georgia-born - like Stephanie, and French- trained, a long-term goal). Her cooking philosophy is simple...a little comfort, a little love, and food that just makes you feel good...all served with Stephanie’s dazzling smile, of course.   No refunds or cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event.
